The wedding venue is a 5,000 sq. ft. home surrounded by 27 acres of private gardens.

Transportation and Parking 

Rideshare services such as Uber are readily available in the area, and we kindly encourage guests to use them. For those who prefer to drive, a spacious grass lot will be available on-site and can accommodate plenty of vehicles.

Offering accommodations in Woodinville, Washington, Willows Lodge provides a Northwest ambiance with it's massive fireplace, luxurious beds, and 5 acres of gardens. Seattle is 20 minutes' drive of the property and several award-winning wineries are located nearby. A full-service spa and 2 restaurants are located on-site. Each rustic guest room features a soaking tub facing the fireplace and flat-screen TV. A fully-stocked mini-bar, coffee machine, and bathrobes are also included. Offering a seasonal menu and extensive wine list, the Barking Frog restaurant is located on-site at Willows Lodge. Guests can enjoy a multi-course dining experience at The Herbfarm Restaurant, also located on-site. Various activities can be enjoyed in the area, including winery tours, golf, and cycling.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will take place outdoors in the garden. Please keep the weather in mind and dress comfortably for the season. If needed, we have a beautiful 5,000 sq. ft. home on the property where the celebration can be moved indoors.

What’s the best way to RSVP?

Please RSVP on our wedding website by June 8th.

Is transportation provided?

What time should I arrive?

We invite guests to arrive anytime between 3:30pm-4pm. The celebration will be relaxed and flexible, so please join us during that window at your convenience.
